Women’s Ascension Circle
The intention of our women's Ascension Circle is to create a sacred, supportive space where women can come together monthly to connect, share, and empower one another on our journeys of personal growth and self-discovery.
This circle serves as a refuge from the demands of everyday life, offering a nurturing environment for us to express ourselves authentically, be heard, and feel valued.
Meeting on the last Monday of each month in West Seattle, each gathering is unique. Through various practices such as meditation, breathwork, storytelling, song, ritual, creative expression, sound bath, movement, games and the like, our circle encourages deep reflection, healing, accountability, support, and the cultivation of sisterhood.
The overarching goal is to foster a sense of community, solidarity, and empowerment among women, allowing them to tap into their inner wisdom, strength, and resilience.
